Delivery
Your order will be delivered into the threshold of your Home (first room of entry and or garage) Drivers are not allowed to leave any orders outside. Please note that extra fees apply if there are stairs involved.
Delivery Service
We ensure you receive the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service possible. All our products are brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging. Assembly is not included. Think of this as the "UPS" of furniture deliveries. Orders are delivered the same day or in 4-10 business days from the date of order. This time varies based on where you are located.
This service is available to most locations in the Inland Empire, San Bernardino, Orange and LA counties.
Please make sure to inspect the shipment upon delivery. If you have any concerns regarding the condition or packaging of your order, simply describe the issue on the delivery receipt provided by the driver and contact us for assistance. After placing an order online You will then receive an email to confirm your delivery date and time frame. Additionally, on the day of your delivery you will receive a phone call from the delivery person approximately 1 hour prior to the arrival of your delivery to let you know that they are on their way. At this time, please let them know if there are any special instructions such as where to park or which gate to enter through. Drivers are not responsible for trash If assembling service was requested. We thank you for your understanding.
Exchange Policy
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your Nuova ETA Designs purchase.
We understand, however, that sometimes an exchange is needed, no problem! If the shipment arrived damaged from the carrier and the customer reports the damage to Nuova ETA Designs within 24 hours or if the item has a manufacturer defect reported in 24 hours we will be more than happy to exchange any damage furniture. Items must be with all their original packaging in order to be exchange. If damage is not reported within 3 days, the customer assumes responsibility for the item. No refunds will be given. All our sales are final there is not cancellation, no refunds in orders. Furniture may require assembling and the Assembling fee cost is not included in the price. Ask for details.
